La Sophronière - Céline SALLES
Réservation obligatoire
La Sophro-Balade est une randonnée, proposée(sur inscription préalable - en cas de mauvais temps séance en salle ). Elle permet une parenthèse dans sa semaine et son quotidien, l'idée étant de développer son écoute autant intérieur qu'extérieure.
Dans la nature, chacun pourra peut-être développer sa sensorialité, libérer ses tensions inutiles, lâcher prise avec une alternance de marche et de pratique sophrologique.
Le rdv est fixé au Centre. Chacun devra être équipé de chaussures de marche, de vêtements confortables et d'un petit coussin ou d'une couverture pour pouvoir s'asseoir confortablement dans la nature.
